Shipping Policy

At Don Fiorito, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable shopping experience. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms related to the delivery of your orders placed through our online store.

Production & Processing Time

All orders require a production time of 5–7 working days before shipping. Once your item is ready, it will be handed over to the courier service for delivery.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery once the package has been shipped.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following countries:

  • United Arab Emirates
  • Saudi Arabia
  • Kuwait
  • Oman
  • Qatar
  • Bahrain

Note: We are currently not offering worldwide/international shipping beyond the regions listed above.

Shipping Rates

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of your order.

Free Standard Shipping is available within the UAE on orders above AED 500.

A flat rate of AED 30 applies to orders below AED 500 within the UAE.

For all other eligible countries, the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track your package online and estimate the delivery date.

Delivery Confirmation

All orders require a signature upon delivery to ensure that the package has been received by the intended recipient. If you are not available to sign for the package, the courier will leave a notification card with instructions on how to collect your package or reschedule delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Don Fiorito, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. This Return & Exchange Policy outlines the conditions under which you may return or exchange products purchased through our online store.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (e.g., custom-made, personalised, or intimate items) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@donfiorito.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
  2. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
  3. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchange Process

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please email us at info@donfiorito.com
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • Customers may need to cover any price difference if the new item is of higher value, as well as applicable shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
