It all starts with choosing the pattern of the jacket and pants and then moving on to the most suitable fabric depending on the time of year, climate and use of the garment. Once the use of the garment is identified, it is the turn of pockets, lapels, sleeve hangings etc, and then move on to deciding on the physical details that will characterize the garment.

We start from the inside, choosing from our silk linings, trouser adjustment buckles and buttons made of Australian mother-of-pearl or zamak, which can also be hand-painted the color of the chosen fabric.

Approximately three rehearsals are required to make a flawless BD suit, while forty hours are devoted to the finishing and tailoring of a suit, about 30,000 stitches are threaded to put together a masterpiece perfected by the hands of our Masters who, through the paper pattern, create the soul of the garment starting with the cloth (composed of horsehair, cotton and camel) and modifying it trial after trial according to the physical characteristics of the customer.
